The children enjoyed science experiments in school and at the Kells Library during Science Week The children in 4th/5th/6th classes had great fun experimenting with their volcanoes

6th class planted a Rowan tree on our school grounds during National Tree Week. This tree was kindly donated to us by Free Trees Ireland. The children have named the tree “Rowena”!!!!  

Children came to school dressed a character from their favourite book!

Room 3 were busy during a STEM Science lesson exploring Materials and their Properties and  the concept of density via a Floating and Sinking experiment in groups of three.

The Children enjoyed 4 weeks sports coaching with representatives of the Meath GAA
